  • Just wanted to say massive thanks for the headlining removal video. I wasn't quite sure if I really wanted to spend nearly a tener on a video. It didn't seem like it was worth it. I thought to myself now how hard could it be?! However I couldn't have been more wrong. Your video was absolutely outstanding. The detail in it the speed of the filming, everything about it made the whole process so much easier. There's absolutely no way I could have removed all of my headlining and all the pillars without your amazing video. It took the best part of the day to take out because I did it slowly. But it got it out and I took it to the retrimmers and now I have brand new SuperDuper headlining and pillars! Thanks again for your great work. Please use this as a testimonial. Best regards Andy

  • Your videos are the sort that make it immediately clear I am watching a professional, but more importantly, a pro with that rare gift of being able to "see with beginner's eyes." In other words, having the ability to communicate everything clearly to someone who may not have ever seen any of the parts before, and to anticipate and explain those things that might throw off a less experienced person. Thank you!

  • My C5 RS6 was at the Audi independent for months to have an engine and transmission out going through; rebuild turbos, upgrade gearbox, hoses, seals, etc…only to get it back and a month later develop a nasty exhaust manifold gasket leak which will require an engine out job again for a $40 gasket. So, I’ve purchased the video and needless to say that you’re my hero for making this, as I will tackle the job on my off days at home. Brilliant and good on you!

Don't pay a garage HUNDREDS of dollars/pounds/euros to do this work for you!

With this video you can easily do the work yourself in a day by following our video.

Welcome to this special Total Technik PROJECT video in which we will show you how to remove your Rear Bumper from your Audi A6/S6/RS6 (C5)...

In this video we'll show you the easiest DIY method to remove your rear bumper quickly and safely.

We will take you through the process step by step, showing you literally every nut, bolt or clip as we progress.

All you need to do is follow along!

We'll go in-depth and show you exactly how each piece is attached, where the fixing points are located, and the safest and easiest way to remove them.

When it comes to the rear bumper removal, it's not amazingly complex (making it an ideal DIY project!) but there is quite a lot to be done, which is why if you get a garage or mechanic to undertake the work for you the bill you'll get back could be a lot bigger than you might initially think!

Remember, when paying a garage/mechanic you are paying for their time, regardless of how easy or difficult the work.

The rear bumper removal process does take time to do, but is not all that complex provided you do it in the right way - which makes it an ideal job for doing at home yourself where you can spend your own time, without spending $50/£50 an hour on labour charges!!

We'll also share with you a few extra hints, tips and shortcuts that we've picked up over the years having removed dozens of these bumpers.

It takes repeated experience to learn the easiest methods, and we`ll share all we know with you in this video!

Check out the trailer for a great overview of what this video will cover.

--------------------

IMPORTANT:

This is for the following models only: Audi A6, S6 and RS6 (C5 1997-2005)

The video is primarily for the Avant model.

However, the saloon (sedan) process is almost identical.

The main difference being the boot (trunk) wall panel removal process is a touch different - but the basic principal is identical!

So there should be MORE than enough info here for any saloon owner with a touch of common sense to get their bumper removed quickly and easily.
